• Owners Representative & Technology Management: Strategic oversight and quality assurance of the design, construction, commissioning and transition to operations.

• Prime Technology Contractor: Deploy and install technology systems; removing key financial and delivery risks.

• Systems Integration: Systems integration design and delivery to ensure the 100+ technology systems of a typical venue are centralised to enable smart and efficient operations (a critical but often overlooked task).
